Charles-B.
Côté has been a Member of the Quebec Bar since 1989. He
obtained his law degree from the Université de Montréal
in 1987.
He is a criminal defence lawyer
and his law practice has been exclusive to the criminal and penal law
since the start of his career. He is specialized in defence with or
without a jury. His career has allowed him to plead before all instances
of the Quebec judicial system, in first instance as well as appeal,
as well as penal federal prosecution.
His philosophy is
to offer a personalized and professional service up to the client's
needs. Be the mandate big or small, complex or simple, all of his clients
are important.

Anju
Dhillon is the articling student of Charles-B. Côté. In
November 2007, she will be received as a Member of the Québec
Bar. She obtained her law degree from the Université de Montréal
in 2006. She also holds an honours degree in political science from
Concordia University.
When she will be received as a
Member of the Quebec Bar, Anju Dhillon will be the first woman of the
Sikh community to become a lawyer in Québec.
